Browsing through the Scrutiny Meeting report at http://democraticservices.hounslow.gov.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=250&MID=8009#AI76131 I see that the timeline notes that the next hearing of Thames Water's appeal against the abatement notices served by the Council is scheduled for 25th November. Which court ? The site inspection on the 5th September seemed to indicate that Mogden were in breach of S106 conditions for not informing the Council that they were exceeding limits on sludge-holding volumes. Is that a correct reading of the report ? And it seems odd that there were so many calls about problems on 3rd/4th September but no conclusion was reached. |
