And of course residents will never forget that even after it was demonstrated that odour after (and during) the expansion was worse than before the expansion, our MP (who allegedly represents residents of Isleworth (as well as Chiswick & Brentford) deemed it appropriate to jump at the opportunity for a photoshot by ‘officially’ appearing as guest of honour at the opening of the ailing site and officially opening the site and congratulating Thames Water. And this with the full knowledge of the misery the site inflicted upon thousands of her constituents, without any consultation with residents. You couldn’t make it up. Its little wonder that Cllr Brad Fisher and the Conservative Group are intent on denigrating the victims. The nasty party is in full flow! |
