I would have thought that the Council is legally bound by the Community Engagement mandate, instigated by the ICG, to share all the information with residents, surely? If residents have requested a full agenda and the names of participants (from both sides) who will attend the meeting, is the Director of Environment not legally bound to share the information if residents want to ensure that all their concerns are on the agenda and that Thames Water is held accountable for failing to meet all the conditions of the S106 agreement? Residents also want to ensure that the meeting is professionally minuted and that Thames Water is not represented by only the 'office junior'. If the Council refuses to share this info the meeting will be yet another farce held at taxpayers expense. |
