| I've often picked up the odour of Mogden when I've been on your estate Sarah. As for Brad, his suggestion that the smell has "improved", absurd and demonstrably untrue though it is, is just his way of trying to justify himself for approving the expansion after the officers at the planning meeting had managed to baffle him with bullshit. I doubt whether he's that worried about upsetting his constituents as I am aware from sources within his party that they have all but given up any hope of trying to hold Hounslow South at next year's local elections anyway. Word is that, other than fighting a spoiling campaign in Syon to try to make sure the seats stay in Labour hands, their only realistic strategic objective is to cling on for dear life to what they still have in Chiswick. |
