| Paul, you are right the shop is below council flats, but the coffee is good and the family are very nice, and actually Time is very good as well. I just stated that most of the issues in Brentford are caused by a small minority. You just have to look at the criminal reports and where most of the problems happen, and guess what it is on the estates. I have no issues with council accommodation; they are great as people can live in London. The issue is how it is awarded and now most people in Brentford survive on it. Which actually is quite bad, if two to three generations of family need to live in council accommodation, as they need move with the times, as council houses is behind the time ( pricing and standard) and really should be for the people who need it and not for people who live for it. This is what is stopping Brentford from developing, as new build flats will be too expensive for people to live in, and they will need to change their ways…… In ref to my investment, sorry, but I can’t leave, I am here for the long haul as property is a long term investment and in time I should do well on my investments here in Brentford….. lol….one of them is hired to the council who actually pay more then the tenants. Its makes no sense, but I am private individual and the council must find houses to meet demand….its called supply and demand… |
