| Not All council tenants, are dirty, loud or on the dole..I live in a council flat ( ok, in a very nice part of Brentford constantly being used for filming etc, not in a tower block) and whilst I don't own my house it is still my home,I do remember to use the vacuum and a duster!! And I work damn hard but dont earn the wages David is earnings of, although David you seem to think its easy to earn £25k etc...?? It depends on your chosen career.I know some council areas are a tip, but I agree, it is as much the councils fault as the tenants because they know the people they are housing ( except when being sublet ??).And to the woman wanting to know about a decent coffee shop?.....I'm surprised David would suggest Albany Parade given its close proximity to so many council homes? I prefer Time in Brentford Lock and my sister goes to Costa (Kew Bridge).Both places allow you to linger without being made to feel you have overstayed your welcome |
