"On the 18 ocassions Jason has failed to attend, he has submitted his apologies 10 times - that's 55.6% of the time. Again not perfect but more than a handful and while I agree it is both best to attend and always polite to apologise his record is not grounds for a trolling." Sorry, whilst the 'public sector' may think 55.6% is acceptable, the 'private sector' or any reasonably decent person would find such a level unacceptable. It only takes a minute to email or txt apologies. It is simply bad manners and bad form to not turn up at meetings or appointments. Likewise it is bad manners to be late for a meeting. Mediocrity should not be acceptable and its up to the 'elder statesmen' to educate the youth on these issues - not defend them. It is an absolute disgrace that he didn't turn up for 8 out of 18 meetings without any apology. No private sector organsation would accept such behaviour. |
