| I can't comment on Hamilton Road but certainly the 2 CPZs in Osterley and Spring Grove respectively have just indulged oversensitive residents and the council's parking managers - in this area most of the CPZ roads have offstreet parking and the result is huge swathes of empty CPZ spaces near the tube or WT College respectively whilst local commuters living some distance from the stations(ie wealth generators and taxpayers) have nowhere to park. |
