| An interesting debate on the CPZ question..My family have lived in Hamilton road for over 6 years & only rarely find it difficult to park near our house on week days & weekends. Of course home match days can be tricky..but like I said, the griffin park ground has been there for decades & I think we should just learn to live with it. Once the CPZ is bought in for Hamilton Rd & Westbury place all the surrounding roads will be forced to take it up as well & parking will be restricted to your own road due to the various permits issued. The last time our road was balloted about this it was roundly defeated..I can only assume that the recent ballot where it got passed was arranged quickly to catch the majority of the residents off guard & get it passed on a minority vote. Clifden, Brook, New & Lateward Roads beware!! |
