| In all fairness Jim I thought that as soon as this bricked up shop was brought to the attention of the local Councillors that they worked really hard for intervention by the enforcement people. The shops picture on google earth is posted below and might not be accurate as the picture is a few years old. Do they have to obtain permission for a change of use to residential as the small shops are the character of the area, which surely must be a conservation area, just outside Osterley Park? The front looks much better than the bricked up one the Council made them alter but it doesn’t look as if it is a shop any longer. View Larger Map |
