| Oh come on Phil, I didn't say that. What I said was if the Council undertakes surveys carried out by professionals in accordance with its preferred methodology, and those surveys show a clear result, it's absurd/wrong for Councillors to then completely disregard those results and side with residents, who admittedly had undertaken their own surveys but those surveys were not done in accordance with a professional methodology and indeed were actually fundamentally flawed (as for example they assumed that it was illegal to park on a single yellow line within a CPZ outside of the operational hours). |
