| The lime bike web site shows exactly where these bikes are. A house in our road is using these bikes and brings them home where they regularly leave up to 3 on the pavement, blocking the pavement . Often they are on their sides. People report them. Hounslow sends Lime a threatening letter. Over and over again. If the threatening letter was followed through then perhaps Lime would send a firm message to the registered lime bike holders. Meanwhile people pushing buggies or just walking have to step off the kerb into the road to go past. People walking their children to school brush past. If the bikes just fall over let’s all “hope” one doesn’t fall onto somebody if they squeeze past without stepping off the pavement. If each of these warning letters costs the borough, say, £15, in admin, are we charging that to Lime? This address alone must be up to 10 letters by now? |
