| Are you saying that you've had no support from the council? As it certainly seemed to be the case at the meeting held in October that councillors were supporting closure against all common sense. They were, and are, impervious to the view of the vast majority of people who have to put up with the chaos caused by a few selfish residents who were never going to be prepared to find a compromise. You have merely stuck two fingers up to the rest of Isleworth and couldn't give a damn. Had any of the councillors who made the licensing decision tried negotiating Twickenham Rd. they'd know full well none of those objections were 'irrelevant'. |
