| Just a point but one which must be made, despite the fact the order appears to be flawed via its wording on other grounds is this paragraph, lifted from the published order. "The above restriction shall only apply during such times that traffic signs in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002 are placed on the highway" It does not take a rocket scientist to ascertain that a couple of pieces of plastic barrier with no text does not comply. To all intents and purposes, at the time this photo was taken, the road was open as the terms of the order were not being complied with. |
