| "The common voter" - ye gods, you people do like to rub it in don't you? As the ICG has disbanded and I have no intention of standing for election, impressing voters is not something I have to worry about. Now that you're back, can we have some names please - of the Church Street residents who were present when the alleged conversation took place, and of the ICG person(s) who allegedly made the promise at that meeting that he/she/they would support closure if one of those residents deigned to represent us as a candidate? There is too much lying going on in Isleworth politics and local affairs already, sadly it has become an integral part of the culture but that doesn't mean it should be allowed to go unchallenged. I am not letting this go. |
