| At a guess (not keeping a diary) that bridge was erected what 15 years ago ? So here we have a bridge, built only years 15 ago at Council Tax payers expense, which is now apparently suffering serious structural defects soleley as result of pedestriansw walking across it. And nobody has has thought of asking for our money back ? Don't these things come with any sort of guarentee ? Cue:more deafening silence michael adams |
