| Yes - and we've seen other independent bodies (such as the FSA) prove themselves not to be that effective in recent times. When the Audit Commission interviews all opposition leaders - and responds to concerns we raise with evidence of their assessment of issues we raise - I will have more faith in the process. Andrew |
