Apologies were never your strong point were they Conal, so I anticipate your embarrassed withdrawal from this discussion sometime very, very soon. Let's take up the conversation again tomorrow. Victor - I would respectfully invite you to use the search facility on this forum to take a look at some of Conal's earlier postings. He is not a man whom one can engage in a rational debate with. His postings are full of spluttering, almost deranged anger and personal insults, and when he is proved wrong he simply exits the debate and goes into a quiet sulk for the following few months. Under the circumstances I think Paul's response was reasonable, but I would as always be perfectly happy to engage in a sensible debate on this topic with anybody who is level-headed and reasonable. |
