| Dave, I wouldn't have a clue about the accuracy of what you say and haevn't pretended to do so, so I can't understand the relevance of your post to my sole contribution here. My view on staff cuts for what it is worth is that regrettably they are inevitable in the current economic climate and local authorities should be no different to the private sector, if the funding isn't there and in some areas the work isn't there then something has to give, simple as that. |
