| Did you see the national press last week (THE TIMES) which published the report of a survey about the highest Hospital Car Parking charges in the UK. Appallingly, the local West Middx Hospital, located in Isleworth, and which most of us use.. appeared on the list!! It's to the credit of Ina and Debbie and others that the local Campaign was launched..(on this Forum?..and hence this long thread). The statistics (from memory) related to charges before they were recently reduced...and were based on average shortish stay parking. The Hospital's Chief Executive wrote to THE TIMES also..I've mislaid the copy..but I feel that Ina should be again applauded for her initiative. I'm sure there's more to been done. Real information needed. |
