This is the information about Parking charges: In the area of the Accident and Emergency Reception..there is this Notice: Nurses are able to buy a Permit for reduce price parking..but the Car Park Office wouldn't tell me what the cost is. The French Company Ecovert FM (Facilities Management) look after the car parks, catering and cleaning..on behalf of the  Hospital Trust and Ecovert the joint management of the site..or so I understand.
