| I'm more confused that when I asked the question so I did a bit of research. West Mid doesn't come under Charing Cross it has its own hospital trust see: http://www.west-middlesex-hospital.nhs.uk/ The BBC must have got the information for other hospitals under the Freedom of Information Act but probably didn't bother with the West Mid because it was too small. As a member of the public you are entitled to make requests so they would have to answer specific questions that you direct to them. You are also confusing PFI with contracting out. PFI in the NHS is primarily a method of building new hospitals. |
