| when you take a sick child to Great Ormond street you get a pass to leave in your car and thats right in central london. have you noticed just how much of the hospital is dedicated to parking. the two ends of car park are never used just the middle bit near the main extrance. maybe it should be less car park more hospital. my brother has been in west mid since september and theres no way i can afford to pay the parking fee five times a week. i now park in the private estate next door. theres an alley that leads straight into the car park. its not great for the residents but enables me to visit my brother when i want. i do agree about 'disbabled badge holders' should pay something for their parking. if you look at who actually uses the badges - most of them are able bodied people anyway. |
