| Forgive me for my ignorance, but assuming that people have a choice about where they live, wouldn't it be fair to say that if you buy a house near a sewage works then wouldn't you expect to smell smells? The sewage works have been there as long as most of the houses in the area, if not longer. If you look at house prices in the area they ain't exactly cheap and a lot of them have actually been built on rather than moved from. My husband was born in the area, and is a big strapping boy, the best part of 6 feet tall and sixteen stone. It hasn't done him any harm ... |
