| Thanks Mike - I'll check out the Putney site but for the record, the public here have always been willing to engage with Thames Water and offer assistance, guidance, expertise and constructive criticism. That was until last year when Thames didn't like to hear the truth and banned Councillors and residents from their 'Residents' Liaison meetings!!! |
