| Bernard, I think we are all in agreement that planning approvement without investment in infrastructure exaserbates many things in our local community. Unfortunately, I think the damage is already done and will only get worse. The marina is still to be built. The new stadium flats are still to be built. The new high street flats are still to be built. The new Morrisons flats are still to be built and the new flats by the Fountain leisure centre are still to be built. These have already been approved. |
