| Adam, that is the point I'm making. Surely, more flats equal more people which means more demand at the General Practice? Hence a one month wait. As for the infra structure levy and Council Tax, I would assume that all the money goes in a large pot that could be spent across Hounslow Borough and not just Brentford. Hence why it is an attractive decision for the planning department to carry on approving more and more flats. |
