Not the point though Guy - there's no more justification for this than there is for fencing off part of the park for use by the owners of new flats who don't have private gardens - the principle is precisely the same, a public space is now becoming a private space at certain times on a daily basis. To be blunt, I couldn't give a damn about the children not having outdoor space, because at the end of the day the school has chosen to operate from that location. |
