| The Brentford Health Centre seems to be similar to our GP in Brentford. When you phone in you are forcefully told to fill in the online Booking Form which is run by a triage who decides if it needs to be looked at by the duty GP or delegated to a lower official. They then phone you back and advise if any appointments are available or what your next pathway will be. If it is agreed that you need a GP appointment, THEY decide if it will be face to face or telephone. Face to face will rarely be available within 2 weeks and telephone within a week. However as previously advised, on Thursday my wife was told that everything for 3 weeks is booked so all bookings are closed until Tuesday when next tranche will be available. Wes Streeting is totally out of touch with the reality of the situation. |
