| Regarding your first 'fact', I can say that at least with regard to my surgery, that there is a very good chance of getting a same day appointment with a doctor (or sometimes an Advanced Nurse Practitioner). I have done so on two or three occasions and within the last year by phoning at 8.00a.m. Alternatively, you can turn up at the desk at 8.00a.m. With regard to 'emergencies', surely phoning for an ambulance is the right advice. |
