| Seems to indicate what a disaster this NHS is under Labour’s (Wes Streeting’s) so called reforms. It seems to be totally inconsistent. We’re in Richmond Borough and you are definitely only offered a telephone appointment in the first instance and if you need a face to face you are placed on a longer waiting list. In my wife’s case, neither ‘waiting list’ is currently open to booking. If you tell them it’s an emergency you are told to either call 111 or go to A&E or call an ambulance! Seeing a GP the same day, or even the next day, is not an option! |
