Mr Lambert and Ann England boast that they can get same day appointments with their GP’s. Well, lucky them because the rest of the country doesn’t get that service so it’s probably more nonsense. I can say with 100% certainty that my wife today received a txt from the GP to say she needs to book an urgent appointment to see the GP. So when she phoned this afternoon to make the appointment she was told there was nothing available for THREE weeks!!!! So when she said ‘ok make it for 3 weeks then’ she was told that they couldn’t make any bookings at all because the ‘next appointment tranche’ only opens next Tuesday so the computer can’t accept bookings. So to get an appointment for THREE weeks time she must phone again at 8am on Tuesday morning and wait in the telephone queue!!! What a service!! |
