| This seems to me to be a typical - "it looks alright on paper" exercise, anyone who lives round here knows how awful Church St. is but then so are many other areas, what are the brains going to do? Shut them all? I suspect the owners of the several-million-pound-houses down there have more clout than the rest of us peasants???? |
