| I've signed this and wish the petitioners the best of luck. In my view 'rat runners' are viewed unfairly by local residents and traffic planners. Often all they are doing is trying to save themselves some time and thereby relieve congestion on the main road. What's more, even people who do what the traffic managers want and stick to the main road are benefiting from 'rat running' as the number of cars on the main road is less. |
