| Well as predicted the Council hasn't replied to me on what it would cost to have to send contractors out again to fill the remaining potholes. But as predicted the contractors were back today to finish the job started 3 weeks ago. You couldn't make if up. The total waste of our money. Not to mention that they put up their one way traffic lights to cause traffic disruption bang smack in the middle of the morning rush hour. Result - buses, cars stuck etc. Traffic havoc Yes I am very pleased that they have finally decided to do the job properly but......if only a little bit of brain power could have been exercised in the first place! Is that too much to ask of Suresh Kamath Director of Street Management who took home £128,871 last year? |
