Hi Vanessa The road I was referring to and measured to be above intervention levels is Worton from Riverside Walk up to Bridge Road and falls under The Chair of the Hounslow Central Area Committee, Pritam Grewal. My understanding is that he can approve £70 per pothole if it falls within invervention criteria. My question to him was if 10 of 18 holes are well are over 100mm and if intervention is set at 50mm and 8 holes are between 38 and 49mm, what economical sence does it make to only fill half the holes when you are going to have to go back within a couple of weeks. I agree though that Whitton Dene falls under the Tory Chair and that area too is a disgrace. When taking my cat to the Whitton Dene Vet I thought she was going to die of shock when I hit one of the potholes! |
