Yes, because most sensible drivers take a different route to the stagnant swamp of CHR. Your monomania with cycling should worry you. Normal people don’t cycle because it’s not usually the best choice, particularly in London where public transport has long been the option preferred for longer journeys. All the cycle lanes - let’s call them ‘twat runs’ - do is slow down the buses. At least an hour from Hammersmith to Chiswick roundabout at peak times. One day Michael Robinson won’t be able to cycle, and his options for getting around will be so limited he will feel very foolish.
