I nearly took out an electric bike rider the other night in London road Isleworth as I was overtaking a parked car with his “hazards on” I was pulling back into the left around 10 mph when this electric bike undertook me at higher speed! My front nearside wing nearly hit him and my first reaction was, where did he come from? I didn't even see him as he had undertook the car with hazards on. No cycle path either. I was lucky I suspect. I don't see the Police cracking down on this riding though.
