| Anyone know the answers to my earlier questions? What I don’t understand is why, as it did not have planning permission, the Council did not stop the building? It’s not like it appeared overnight, it took a few months, why wasn’t it halted? It is also well publicised that Ballymore say they never wanted to build it, the Council told them to. What is the real truth? |
