| I hate to dive into this argument, but would like to point out that just not using someone's name is no defence against libel. By suggesting that people involved in the planning process in relation to a particular application took a backhander, you clearly identify them. Anybody in the council who knows who granted the application will know who they are, as will any third parties to the application, as will anyone looking at the documents- and that would be enough for a court, |
