| Anne - the allegation was that Ballymore had given LBH a backhander, which had been accepted in return for a Officer recommendation for approval. So if I was that Case Officer I'd be pressing my employers to take action (or instructing solicitors myself), and similarly if I was Ballymore I'd be instructing solicitors. People have to realise that they can't just make such allegations in the public domain without there being consequences, e.g. Bercow's tweet about McAlpine and so forth. |
