| Well, I'm at a loss that bad stewardship or incompetence could be explained but hasn't. There does not seem to be any solid evidence on any of the rational answers for this debacle. Does not leave very much. So surely a full independent investigation ought to have been called for to find out just what has or is going on? Even you Guy, must be wondering? |
