She will know only too well of the many requests over decades the council has received for a traffic management programme for Church Street and North Street that reduces the impact of through traffic on residents' quality of life." What a prat! Closing a road completely is not by any stretch of the imagination "traffic management", it is the easy option and just plain lazy. So Church St. residents "quality of life" is of concern is it? The man really doesn't listen to what he is spouting does he? So sod the rest of us and the "impact of through traffic" on our lives, which number far many more than the privileged few of Church St. They really and truly are, priceless. |
