| It is frustrating but the only way to log every issue associated with the Church Street closure is by e-mailing Churchstreet@hounslow.gov.uk. If you copy the e-mail to dontclosechurchstreet@hotmail.com that allows the campaign team to keep track of all complaints (some might get "lost"). If you suffer daily, e-mail daily. We have been asked to give ALL feedback about the closure via this route. By all means post to the facebook page but this is the campaign page and is not going to result in any action from LBH. Many of us log complaints to the churchstreet@hounslow.gov.uk address (copied to dontclose etc.) AND copy them to the relevant department. i.e. if you are concerned about parked vehicles causing an obstruction to what little bit of road we are allowed to use nowadays then parking@hounslow.gov.uk is a good place to report this issue to. There is a full list of departmental e-mail addresses on the LBH website. No one is going to deliver a knock out blow in this campaign. It is a simple matter of chip, chip, chip and waiting for it to topple I am afraid. |
