| It's fine if a councillor declares it and stays clear of voting on such committees. But being on the payroll and voting or heading committees whilst involved with an organisation which specialises in manipulating for it's clients does not seem right. As does any councillor who votes on planning but holds a portfolio for the dept that is also the client. That seems wrong too. |
