| Hi there, Has anyone else complained to Barratt about the high service charges at GWQ? In the brochure the service charge was quoted as £1200 to £1300 but I actually got charged £1790. I think this is excessive i.e. around a 40% increase. I asked them to explain what items of the charge had increased relative to the estimate but they have not properly been able to explain - and still can't almost 6 months on. I would be interested to hear if this is against the law and if anybody else has complained. Many thanks, Ryan. |
