| I know people that live there that are having similar problems. I don't profess to understand fully but I know they also have problems with utility bills as they're not allowed to go externally and have to seemingly pay a percentage of a number of flats' bills through Barratts own providers. Their gas and water bills are ridiculous. They're in the listed part of the development and I believe it has something to do with communal boilers etc that can't be changed??? |
