| Same problem in other developments in Brentford. Ferry Quays service charges are aound £2500 p/a and rise every year. There needs to be easier and less expensive way to confront the greedy managing agents / directors, who set such a high service charges to rob people's hard earned money to fill their pockets. Most people are frightened to take the official complaint route because of the solicitors costs are high. LVT does not have much teeth into any situation either. Because big companies hire big lawyers and barristers to fob of panel of experts. And these people know that it puts people off to file a complain.They are taking full advantage of the siutation. |
