| Agreed. CPZ's need to be carefully thought out and be agreed by a clear majority of local residents. We have some very poorly thought out schemes elsewhere in the borough introduce by the previus Labour Council that are very inefficient, totally over the top and disasterous for local businesses. There is a suspicion that CPZ's are being introduced as another form of local taxation by councils who are suffering greatly because of the poor settlements they are receiving from our essentially bankrupt, incompetent and corrupt Labour Government. |
