Interesting. The agents for this latest application are the same agents who were involved in the demolition of the Carlton House public house in Maida Vale that hit the headlines a couple of years back. Seemingly they are also unaware of the adopted September 2015 Local Plan for the Borough as they still quote the 2003 UDP which is no longer is use for planning purposes.
